Dynamics Software GP was founded by Victor Khashchanskiy and Andrei Kustov
The founding partners are seasoned professionals having extensive experience in both research and innovations, as well as in every aspect of commercial software business.
Victor Khashchanskiy holds M. Sc. in acoustics and electronics and has over 10 years’ research experience. His primary focus has been in the fields of digital processing of acoustics signals. He is also keen on innovations, which is reflected in 5 patents and numerous publications.
Victor Khashchanskiy has been working in software business for over 25 years, being involved in various areas from design and implementation to deployment and customer support. His skills cover range from low-level microprocessor programming to real-time DSP and design of distributed server applications.
Andrei Kustov holds a PhD in Physics and Mathematics and has solid research background and strong analytical skills. In addition, he has also gained extensive experience in information technologies – starting from scientific computing. For his studies, he was developing complex algorithms and software for particle beams dynamics simulation.
Andrei Kustov also has over 10 years’ experience with Mobile Networks, working for a leading Telecommunication Software vendor. During this tenure, he has also gained solid experience in all areas of professional software development as well as multi-year managerial experience.
